The BAKARD company has been on the market since 1996. During this time, we have completed many construction projects as a General Contractor and projects in the field of Facility Management.
Since 2003, the BAKARD company has started cooperation with retail chains throughout Poland in the field of building commercial facilities and implementation of Facility Management services – operation, sales continuity, implementation of PIP and Sanepid recommendations, ongoing repairs, revitalization of buildings, repairs of bituminous surfaces and paving stones, sewage installation, installation of electrical installations and other services aimed at technical maintenance of facilities.
At present, for almost 10 years, the main current of our company’s activity is to build, as a general contractor, PV power plants, large-size facilities and petrol stations.
We also act as Substitute Investor on construction sites.
We would like to add that we carry out all the work ordered comprehensively, from the design phase, through project implementation, commissioning and subsequent maintenance as well as ongoing repairs.
We work with staff of professionals with the necessary knowledge and industry licenses as well as with specialist, proven subcontractors.
